Job Title: E-commerce Operations ExecutiveJob Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our presence across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart , Myntra , Shopify). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our products online—from initial listing and SEO optimization to inventory tracking and order fulfillment coordination. Key Responsibilities Listing Management: Create and manage high-quality product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across all channels to prevent overselling and coordinate restocks with the warehouse/suppliers. Order Processing: Ensure all incoming orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the required SLAs. Price Monitoring: Adjust pricing based on promotions, competitor analysis, and platform fees. Account Health: Monitor seller metrics, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve disputes to maintain high account ratings. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing marketplace backends (Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, etc.). Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with inventory management software (e.g., Oms guru , Unicommerce , Excel Inventory ). Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data and inventory turnover rates. Communication: Strong written English for product descriptions and customer support.
