Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Ranchi, is for a Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions according to client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing financial data, planning and executing system configurations, providing consultation on financial best practices, and offering post-implementation support. Collaboration with technical teams and active engagement with clients will also be part of the role to ensure seamless solutions delivery. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Planning, and Accounting principles Demonstrated expertise in Consulting and advising clients Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities Previous experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, would be an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively and independently on client projects Strong communication and presentation skills Prior experience in the ERP or technology consulting industry is a plus
