Student Evaluation & Exam Preparation: · Design and administer class tests, assignments, and unit assessments in line with CBSE’s format and marking scheme . · Identify learning gaps and provide individualized support or remedial sessions to enhance performance. · Organize revision sessions and mock tests to help students prepare for the Class XII board examination effectively. Skill Enrichment & Activities: · Encourage participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities like debates, elocution contests, essay competitions, creative writing clubs, and reading circles . · Mentor students for interschool literary events and Olympiads (like the English Language Olympiad or Spell Bee).
