Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashik for an Executive Winery Operations role. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day winery operations, Winemaking Laboratory Work, managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves analyzing operational performance, addressing challenges, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and output. Qualifications Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee production processes efficiently Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and partners Analytical Skills for evaluating operational data and making informed decisions Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic workflows Previous experience in winery operations or a related industry is preferred Knowledge of quality standards, Lab work (Analysis of wines), compliance regulations, and best practices in the food production industry Educational qualifications in the alcoholic beverage industry or a related field would be an advantage
