Job Description

Amma’s Pastries is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Part-Time Sales Staff to join our team at the Kodakara outlet . If you are passionate about desserts, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking for flexible work hours, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with orders Handle billing and cash/card payments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter Replenish display items and check product freshness Support outlet operations during peak hours Communicate effectively with team and supervisor Requirements: Minimum qualification: SSLC or Plus Two Basic communication skills (Malayalam essential; Hindi/English a plus) Customer-friendly attitude Prior retail or food counter experience is an advantage Must be punctual and disciplined Shift Timing: Flexible part-time shifts Preferred availability during evenings and weekends Benefits: Salary as per industry standards Staff discounts Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity for full-time roles based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Expected hours: 06.00 – 11.00 per week Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8861544413
