Target Audience: B.E. Computer Engineering, AI & DS and MCA students.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions on Salesforce CRM.
• Introduce students to CRM concepts and Salesforce architecture.
• Provide hands-on training on Salesforce Developer Edition.
• Explain Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
• Demonstrate Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Train students in creating objects, workflows, reports and dashboards.
• Introduce Salesforce automation tools.
• Guide students through practical assignments and mini-projects.
• Explain real-world Salesforce implementation and industry use cases.
• Provide career guidance and introduce Salesforce certification pathways.

• Prior experience in technical training or mentoring preferred.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder.
• Salesforce Platform Foundations.
