Salesforce Technical Architect

The Salesforce Technical Architect at Mirketa Inc. is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities

-Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.

-Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce environments, including setup, configuration, custom development, and integration with third-party systems.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

-Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards across all Salesforce implementations.

-Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

-Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and integration workflows.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture and development.

-In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

-Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CLI.

-Experience with integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP.

-Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and system scalability principles.

-Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.
