The role's purpose is to facilitate process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and enhancing technical capability within the team. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to oversee and support processes by reviewing daily transactions based on performance parameters, monitor performance dashboards, and scores for the team, and provide technical support and process guidance to improve performance. Additionally, you will be required to record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, successful and unsuccessful resolutions, ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures, resolve client queries within defined SLAs, and develop a comprehensive understanding of processes/products to enhance client interactions and troubleshooting. Furthermore, handling technical escalations effectively, diagnosing and troubleshooting client queries, managing and resolving technical roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary, providing product support and resolutions, and offering alternative solutions to clients are crucial aspects of the role. You will also need to mentor and guide Production Specialists, conduct trainings to bridge skill gaps, stay updated with product features, enroll in necessary trainings, and identify common problems and recommend resolutions to the team. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will be accountable for measuring and achieving performance parameters related to processes, team management, and capability development. Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
