Salesforce Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Validate end-to-end

  Salesforce Order Management (SOM)

  processes, including Order Capture, Fulfillment, Amendments, Cancellations, Returns, and Order Completion.
• Perform

  Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud

  testing and validate Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Conduct API, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve defects.
• Execute automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, AccelQ, Copado, or Tosca.
• Validate integrations with ERP, billing, and third-party systems.
• Ensure quality deliverables in Agile/Scrum environments and support production releases.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years of experience in QA Testing with at least 3+ years of Salesforce Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in

  Salesforce Order Management (SOM)

  and

  Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud

  testing.
• Strong understanding of

  Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

  ,

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  , Order Lifecycle Management, and Fulfillment processes.
• Experience in API Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management workflows.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, AccelQ, Copado, or Tosca.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications and Agile experience will be an added advantage.
