Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in software testing and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), formerly known as Pardot.

The candidate should have experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications, particularly marketing automation workflows, lead management, email campaigns, and Salesforce–Pardot integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Test Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) functionalities, including lead management, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation rules.
• Validate lead scoring, grading, segmentation, and engagement programs.
• Test integration between Salesforce CRM and Pardot/MCAE, including data synchronization and field mapping.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
• Validate marketing automation workflows, prospect activities, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure application quality.
• Perform API and database testing wherever required.

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Salesforce Testing:

   Strong experience in Salesforce application testing.

2. MCAE / Pardot:

   Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).

3. Functional & Regression Testing:

   Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.

4. Salesforce–Pardot Integration:

   Knowledge of CRM synchronization, lead management, and data validation.

5. Marketing Automation Testing:

   Experience testing email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, and automation workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills

• API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• SQL/database testing.
• Automation testing using Selenium or other frameworks.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of overall QA/testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce QA.
• Practical experience with MCAE/Pardot is essential.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation processes.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
