Job Summary :

Looking for candidates with Good experience (8+ years) in Digital Marketing.

Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Tech Lead / Senior Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deliver enterprise-scale digital marketing and real-time personalization solutions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, CloudPages, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.

The role requires a strong combination of solution architecture, hands-on development, real-time personalization, data integration, technical leadership, troubleshooting, code reviews, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Enable SFMC & MCP functionality and Integrations. Provide best practice guidance.
• Act as consultant for SFMC & MCP.
• Design and develop complex customer journeys, campaign automations, audience segmentation, and personalization using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and CloudPages.
• Implement real-time web personalization and recommendation strategies, including product/content recommendations, cross-sell, upsell, and next-best-experience use cases.
• Design customer identity, profile, catalog, behavioral data, and segmentation models, covering both anonymous and known customer interactions.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, JSON/XML, SFTP, Marketing Cloud Connect, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications.
• Own the end-to-end technical solution and architecture across SFMC and Marketing Cloud Personalization, ensuring scalability, performance, security, consent management, and maintainability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution design, technical estimation, code reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor developers, establish development standards and reusable frameworks, and collaborate with business, marketing, CRM, data, integration, architecture, and QA teams.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization, including Web SDK/Sitemap, page types, content zones, events, user attributes, behavioral tracking, segments, and campaigns.
• Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
• Understanding of different type of SFMC integration: Out of the box, Realtime (REST and SOAP) and Batch.
• Understanding of Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements.
• Sound knowledge of marketing domain processes.
