Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive customer engagement and business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. - Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy optimization. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Marketing Cloud (SFMC) applications ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. - Design and execute personalized customer journeys to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. - Monitor and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts. - Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud (SFMC) features and industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies. - Utilize Supply Chain Management knowledge to align marketing initiatives with product availability and distribution strategies. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all marketing activities to maintain customer trust and company reputation. - Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate on innovative marketing solutions. - Optimize email marketing strategies to increase open rates and customer engagement. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops for team members to enhance their understanding of Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Contribute to the companys purpose by driving impactful marketing strategies that benefit society through improved customer experiences. Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its application in digital marketing strategies. - Have experience in Supply Chain Management to enhance marketing alignment with business processes. - Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed marketing decisions. - Show capability in troubleshooting technical issues related to Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Display a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements. - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Business or Information Technology.
