We are seeking a Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, along with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integrations and system enhancements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Working on 2-3 Salesforce implementation projects, you will ensure best practices in development. Your tasks will involve designing and developing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as performing SOAP/REST API integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange. Additionally, you will optimize and maintain Salesforce platform features, ensuring adherence to governor limits. You will be involved in the entire development cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a multi-vendor environment will be part of your responsibilities. It will also be crucial for you to stay updated on the latest Salesforce advancements and apply them effectively. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure clear documentation and technical guidance is essential.
