Guide developers in building scalable, secure, and optimized solutions while ensuring adherence to Solution Design & Architecture: Architect and implement complex, multi-cloud solutions tailored to business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, and integration patterns. Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and best practices across the team.
