You will be working with KPMG Global Services (KGS) India, a strategic global delivery organization collaborating with over 50 KPMG firms to offer progressive, scalable, and customized business solutions. The KGS India team consists of approximately 21,000 employees across eight locations in India including Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune, and Kolkata, providing a variety of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms worldwide. As a Salesforce Developer/Architect & OmniStudio professional, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You will work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements thoroughly and craft innovative solutions that align with their needs. Your role will involve writing efficient and well-designed code following coding conventions, conducting rigorous testing of solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and staying updated on new Salesforce technologies for recommending suitable solutions. Key Requirements: - Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework. - In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles such as Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Components, and SOQL. - Proficiency in developing custom solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform. - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products and services including Public Sector Solutions, Discovery Framework in PSS, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts/Integration Procedures), Conga, DocuSign, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Force.com. - Familiarity with Git repo, DevOps processes, and experience in real-life Salesforce project implementations involving complex business logic and API integrations. - Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration, Apex, and declarative tools like Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows. - Exposure to integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit would be advantageous. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. - Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer. Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator, Integration Architecture, or Solution Architecture are a plus. Education: - Technical Graduate (BE/ BTech) You must be willing to go beyond your regular working hours when necessary to ensure project success and meet customer requirements across different time zones.
