Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Client Location)Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a WeekExperience: Min 4 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for skilled and passionate Salesforce Developers to work at our client’s location in Pune.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization,integration, and deployment, along with a passion for building scalable and high-quality businesssolutions.If you have a strong technical foundation in Salesforce and enjoy working on dynamic projects in acollaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforceplatform. Develop and maintain applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components(LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from solution design andarchitecture to implementation and deployment. Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, system integration, data migration, anddeployment activities. Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and web services. Conduct unit and module testing, prepare test data, and ensure the quality and reliability ofdeliverables. Follow Salesforce coding standards, development best practices, and documentation guidelines. Research Salesforce capabilities and perform gap analysis to recommend suitable technicalsolutions. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensuretimely project delivery. Work closely with the client team at the Pune location and comply with the five-day work-from-office requirement. Travel when required for business or project-related purposes.Must-Have Skills and Qualifications 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and web services. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and custom application development. Good understanding of Salesforce integration techniques, APIs, and data migration tools. Experience with source control, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.

 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to work from the client office in Pune five days a week.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an added advantage: AI-driven applications and Salesforce AI capabilities. Additional Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). Vlocity / OmniStudio. DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud). UI frameworks and front-end technologies. Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
