Sales & Service Engineer (Color Sorter)

As a Color Sorting Machine Technician, your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair color sorting machines. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the equipment, ensuring optimal performance through regular maintenance. Additionally, you will provide advice to customers on best practices for machine usage and offer training and support to machine operators and end-users. It will also be part of your role to document and report on service activities and findings, and collaborate with the engineering team to develop improvements. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field and have a minimum of 1 year's experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of color sorting technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel frequently to client sites are essential. Moreover, strong communication and customer service skills are required to effectively engage with customers. Skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu are preferred for effective communication with clients and team members.
