The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the field, building relationships with customers, and promoting solar panel products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for solar panel sales. Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned geographic area. Provide information to customers about the benefits of solar panels and renewable energy solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, attend trade shows, and provide consultations to clients. Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and support materials. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in field sales, especially in the renewable energy or solar industry, is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of solar panel products and renewable energy solutions is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar panel industry.
