Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 2 to 4 years (Real Estate Sales preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Noori Group Of Companies Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property sales, client relationship management, and team supervision. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to close high-value deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the in-house sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial properties. Identify client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close sales. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent team leadership and motivation capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and real estate listing platforms. Knowledge of local real estate laws, RERA compliance, and market dynamics. Must be target-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
