Location: BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 2 to 4 years (Real Estate or Construction industry mandate) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Noori Group Of Companies Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and site coordination, with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise real estate development projects (residential/commercial). Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Report regularly to senior management on project progress and key issues. Manage documentation including contracts, work orders, and permits. Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of project management experience in real estate or construction. Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Understanding of RERA, building by-laws, and local compliance requirements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
