Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B industrial market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. [1-5 years] of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial products sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and products. Experience managing a sales team in a B2B environment.
