Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of residential and commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of real estate sales executives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and project presentations. Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients. Oversee CRM updates and lead management processes. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management. Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns. Handle negotiations and closing of high-value property deals. Provide training and guidance to sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. 4–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales; 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
