Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Job Description (Pune Location) Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and cultivating strong, long-term relationships. Actively promote and cross-sell a variety of financial products including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities to meet clients' unique investment needs and goals. Conduct personalized one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their financial objectives and offer tailored investment solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by generating business from both new and existing clients. Maintain regular engagement with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, addressing queries, and managing their evolving financial needs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory updates. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 6 months in a sales role, ideally within BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of products such as Equity, SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Banking. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM systems. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, DMAT, SIPs, or Mutual Funds. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong customer-first mindset, with a knack for identifying and addressing clients' financial requirements.
