Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overall sales growth and customer base expansion for commodity polymers across South India (PE, PP, PS, etc.). Manage high-volume sales through large volume customers . Build and maintain strong relationships with large processors and bulk buyers in sectors like packaging, pipes, films and consumer goods. Develop pricing and volume strategies in coordination with principal companies and respond to market fluctuations. Monitor competition, pricing trends, and customer demand Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and collections. Report sales data, forecasts, and profitability metrics regularly to senior management. Required Candidate Profile: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing high-volume commodity polymer sales. Sound market knowledge of processors, traders, and OEMs using commodity polymers.
