Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Old Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our transformer products to industrial clients and distributors. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, client engagement, and product promotion. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the transformer products sector. Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and visit potential clients in the assigned region to establish and nurture relationships. Product Promotion: Effectively promote and explain transformer products to industrial clients and distributors, highlighting their features and benefits. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations to meet their needs. Presentation Skills : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services to engage clients and facilitate sales. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Database Management: Maintain and expand a comprehensive client database within the assigned territory to ensure effective follow-up and engagement. Reporting: Regularly create sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to inform management decisions and strategy. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer support. Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Electrical Engineering (BE), or a postgraduate degree (PG/PGDM/MBA) with a focus on Marketing. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or electrical sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical products and effectively convey their value to clients. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
