Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful property bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
