As an Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by effectively promoting the recruitment services to potential clients. You will be a key driver in the company's growth, ensuring our clients' staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: · Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and regions. · Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to generate new business leads. · Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our recruitment services to prospective clients. · Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. · Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their recruitment needs and providing timely updates. · Regularly follow up with clients to identify new opportunities and address any concerns. Sales Performance: · Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. · Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. · Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Market Knowledge: · Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. · Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in recruitment and sales. · Contribute to the development of our company's marketing materials and strategies.
