Job description: Candidate must have: -Basic Knowledge of Excel. -Good communication skills. -Active and presentable attitude. -Sales co-ordination experience will be an added benefit Handling students at coaching / training centers or front desk experienced candidates will be given preference Prefer candidates from : Pune Responsibilities for handling front desk: · To attend the inquiries, explain the program and convert them into enrolments · Inquiries can be in the form of walk-ins, incoming call and outgoing calls · Regular follow-ups with the prospects and renewals to be done · Ensure the applications are filled in with accurate details · Creating profiles and managing their daily reports · Working in co-ordination with the entire team to ensure smooth flow of operations · All protocols to be followed as per the guidelines · Customer interaction and Client Servicing. ·.
