Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SALES EXECUTIVE to drive sales of on-grid solar inverters in All States (Need to Travel All Location). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong network and executing direct sales to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies , Channel Partner, Distributor . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC companies, Channel Partner, Distributor for sales of on-grid solar inverters. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine sales strategies. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Proven track record of sales achievements and business development success. Strong understanding of the solar industry, particularly on-grid inverters. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra as required. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with EPC companies and solar power projects. Familiarity with solar inverter technologies and industry regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: Competitive salary with incentives based on performance.
