Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive Reports to: Sales/Marketing Manager Job Summary: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our frontline team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/services to new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building. - Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase average order value. 3. Product/Service Promotion: - Develop and execute effective sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products/services. - Utilize marketing materials, product knowledge, and industry trends to engage customers and drive sales. 4. Market Research and Feedback: - Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development. - Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback to the sales/management team. 5. Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure alignment and effective sales support. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor['s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 4. Personal Qualities: - Results-driven and motivated, with a passion for sales and marketing. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow.
