Job Description: Sales Executive β Solar Power Solutions: Are you a passionate and driven sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and help customers transition to clean, sustainable solar power. Key Responsibilities: β Lead Generation & Prospecting β Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategic prospecting methods. β Sales Presentations β Schedule and deliver impactful sales presentations (in-person or virtual) to potential residential and commercial customers. β Customized Solutions β Understand customer needs and propose tailored solar power solutions that align with their goals. β Negotiation & Closing β Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals. β Coordination & Follow-Up β Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. β Target Achievement β Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. β Market Awareness β Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new solar technologies to maintain a competitive edge. β Reporting β Provide regular sales activity reports and accurate sales forecasts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy or home improvement industries. Sales Performance: Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Customer-focused with a strategic problem-solving approach. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with solar power technology and industry regulations. Mobility: Willingness to travel within the local and regional market as needed.
