Key Responsibilities: βœ… Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategic prospecting methods. βœ… Sales Presentations – Schedule and deliver impactful sales presentations (in-person or virtual) to potential residential and commercial customers. βœ… Customized Solutions – Understand customer needs and propose tailored solar power solutions that align with their goals. βœ… Negotiation & Closing – Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals. βœ… Coordination & Follow-Up – Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. βœ… Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. βœ… Market Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new solar technologies to maintain a competitive edge. βœ… Reporting – Provide regular sales activity reports and accurate sales forecasts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy or home improvement industries. Sales Performance: Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Customer-focused with a strategic problem-solving approach. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with solar power technology and industry regulations. Mobility: Willingness to travel within the local and regional market as needed.
