Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Competitive / As per experience and candidate suitability

About the Role

Advanced Manufacturers is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and business development activities, particularly for AdBlue products and related automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through market visits, calls, references and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell AdBlue products to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers across the automotive, transportation, logistics and commercial vehicle segments.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of AdBlue products, applications and the relevant market is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
• Ability to independently manage customer relationships and generate business.
• Good knowledge of the Delhi-NCR automotive/transportation market will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and overall suitability for the role.
• No fixed salary constraint for the right candidate.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
• Candidates with strong AdBlue product knowledge and relevant sales experience may be considered for a higher compensation package.
