Sales Ex - COE - Client Success - Data Engineering Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Sales Excellence team at Accenture, working closely with the Client Success function. Your role as a Data Engineering Specialist will involve building and enhancing the data foundation for reporting tools and analytics to provide insights on business trends and key drivers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Client Success, Analytics COE, CIO Engineering/DevOps team, and stakeholders to build and enhance the Client success data lake. - Write complex SQL scripts to transform data for creating dashboards or reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Develop automated solutions to support business operations and data transfers. - Document and build efficient data models for reporting and analytics use cases. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in the Data Lake, focusing on user acceptance and satisfaction. - Standardize data in the data lake by working with various teams and leads. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering, analytics, or a similar field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and managing ETL pipelines. - At least 2 years of experience in GCP. - Proficiency in writing complex SQL scripts and preparing data for dashboards. - Experience in managing and documenting data models. - Understanding of Data governance and policies. - Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting language. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Curiosity, creativity, collaborative attitude, and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users. - Remote work proficiency with minimal supervision in a global environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
