About the job:

Role : Sales Development Representative

Experience: 1-3+ years

1-3+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, lead generation or growth roles.
Strong ability to research and identify high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, email and online research.
Experience structuring outreach plans instead of sending one-off messages.
Comfortable tracking metrics such as response rates, conversions and funnel health.
Ability to pre-qualify leads before handing them to founders or the sales team.
Experience maintaining clean pipelines and lead hygiene in a CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
Clear, confident written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with founders in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Strong ownership mindset with the discipline to operate independently.
