As we expand our customer base, we are looking for motivated individuals who can help us connect with apartment communities, demonstrate our technology solution, and drive successful customer onboarding.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our growing sales team.

You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successfully onboarded apartment communities. You will interact with apartment associations, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Management Committees (MCs), and facility managers, understand their requirements, demonstrate our software application, and support the conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet apartment association members, RWAs, Management Committees, and facility managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for decisionmakers.
• Follow up with qualified prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Convert assigned leads into active apartment communities.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate the application's features and benefits effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth customer onboarding.
• Develop referral opportunities within existing apartment communities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

Key Performance Indicators

• Product demonstrations conducted.
• Qualified leads converted.
• Apartment communities onboarded.
• Demo-to-onboarding conversion rate.
• Revenue generated from onboarded communities.
• Referral opportunities generated.

Candidate Profile

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, field sales, SaaS, real estate, or community management is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and professional interpersonal skills.
• Good relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable meeting customers and travelling locally when required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
