About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. You’ll assist with scheduling, client communication, document preparation, and CRM updates to help streamline the sales process and ensure a great client experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars Prepare sales documents and maintain client records Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks Track leads and generate sales reports Requirements: Previous experience in admin or sales support (real estate a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
