Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling & Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and converting them into sales or site visits. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and other details clearly and persuasively. Generate interest and schedule site visits for prospective buyers. Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and close sales. Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any field is an advantage. Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, especially in real estate, is preferred. Good communication skills in English and local language(s). Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus). Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
