Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for friendly and confident Telecallers to join our team. Your job will be to make calls to potential customers, explain our services, answer their questions, and help generate leads or sales. You will also handle customer queries and keep records of calls. Key Responsibilities:- Make outgoing calls to customers and explain our services.- Answer incoming calls and provide information.- Keep a record of customer details and follow up with them.- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.- Meet daily or weekly calling targets.- Work as part of a team to achieve company goals. Requirements:- Good communication skills in [mention languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].- Basic computer knowledge to manage call records.- Positive attitude and good listening skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not required.
