2) Collecting orders over phone calls3) Payment Follow up (Advance)4) Sending samples/Catalogues, Whatsapp, Emails, etc5) Coordination with OPD Deptt for availability of Stock/billing 6) Backend support to field sales team by Providing Information/ Sending POP-POS meterials setting up new customer's meeting with field officer.7) Morning huddle of FSO as per the given format.8) Monitoring of daily sales report of FSO9) Monitoring of plans v/s actual of FSO Most important Task Increase sales by making new dealers
