Roles and Responsibility ¢ CAF, KYC and Order Processing, Customer on boarding ac¢vi¢es comprising of Checking CAF and KYC documents, scanning and uploading on share Point and ling the hard copy in box le,CAF ¢ prepara¢on for all services and share with customers over email and follow-up for signed CAF, Order entry in NMS works (or similar B2B CRM) and share the login details over mail with internal team for order execu¢on. ¢ ¢ Ticke¢ng-Create ¢cket in NMS works (or similar B2B CRM) for New Orders, Upgrade, Downgrade, Shi¢ing, Change in exis¢ng service and sta¢c IP. B2B Billing-Taking care of billing process of Enterprise customers on day to day basis,Perform e-invoicing and send invoices to customers through the system,Send digital signed invoice to customers,Download all invoices from NMS works (or similar B2B CRM) and send to accounts team for entry in Tally,Taking care of invoice dispute and resolu¢on,For new orders & change order, follow-up with Service delivery team for link acceptance and billing closure on day to day basis. ¢ ¢ Upload invoice on Customer portal once invoice is generated (wherever applicable), Communica¢on with customers for CAF & KYC documents,Welcome Le¢er-Invoice,Sales Support-Central Co-Ordina¢on with Internal team & Sales Teams on day-to-day basis. Channel Partner-Maintain Channel Partner Agreement, Update newly acquired Channel Partner data in Master excel le, Prepare channel partner's commission report on monthly basis and follow up for invoice and payment, MIS-Monthly MIS reports Sales Head wise for Management (Sales), Monthly MIS reports team wise (Sales), ILL Monthly & Quarterly TRAI reports, P2P-LLC Monthly reports and upload on FTP Server, Update Customers data shared

with ENOC Team on Monthly Basis, Share sales person updated customers data every
month,Prepare Variable pay report for Sales Team, Sharing New Sales and billing data with Accounts team on monthly basis Required Skills & Qualica¢ons ¢ Excel + Macro / Word / PPT / Good communica¢on skills, Analy¢cal Skills, Handle Cross Func¢on co-ordina¢on. ¢ Educa¢on: Bachelors degree in Business Administra¢on, Commerce, IT, or a related eld.
