JOB DESCRIPTION

Position - Sales Back End Operations

Company – Tea Industry (Topsia)

Responsibilities

Offering samples to brokers.

Courier Management

Collection and checking of Despatch advise from Brokers

Sending despatch advise for garden sale

Sending instruction to Garden for HO stock Transfer from garden

Follow up with garden for dispatch of tea

Checking of Bill generated by garden for ex garden sale

Follow up with Transporter for Builty

Checking arrival of tea in the Warehouse

Generation of tax invoice from ERP and E invoicing as per GST rules

Generation of Eway bill for the Tea sold

Handover of invoice & Builty to broker

Ensuring bills are generated for tea sold on time

Tracking collection of funds

Follow up with broker regarding payment

Writing auction sales Catalogue

Reporting complaints to the management and tracking them

Basic requirement

Knows MS Office particularly Word and Excel

Qualification

B.Com Graduate

Salary – Upto 25 k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
