Profile- Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities - Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Regions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and align sales strategies in the beverage industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance. - Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. - Deep understanding of the food and beverage market and industry trends. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
