Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, resolve any issues, and ensure timely deliveries. Help check product quality to make sure everything meets company standards. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to purchasing and logistics. Enter data into the system, create reports, and help analyze key performance indicators. Make sure all logistics and purchasing activities follow company rules and industry regulations. Ideal Profile Requirements Minimum qualification: High school diploma. Knowledge of Jewelry export and import processes is a plus. Understanding of local compliance and regulations in purchasing and logistics. Experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management is a plus but not necessary. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. The role ensures compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and international quality norms. Key Responsibilities Check workmanship, finishing, polishing, setting, alignment, and assembly of all jewellery. Verify gold purity, weight, and dimensions against order specifications. Inspect diamonds and gemstones for color, clarity, cut, calibration, and quality. Conduct structural checks (prong strength, soldering, casting defects). Technical Checks Validate stone weights vs. CAD/BOQ. Check hallmarking and stamping accuracy. Measure tolerance levels for each component. Check whether product has IGI certification Documentation & Reporting Maintain QC logs, approval sheets, and rejection reports. Update daily QC records and coordinate with production teams for corrections. Process Control Identify recurring defects and escalate to management.
