Role: Recruitment Team Lead Location: Hyderabad, TG, IND Duration: Full Time Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure alignment between team activities and business objectives. Establish clear weekly and monthly performance goals for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one sessions to assess individual progress and address development needs. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth and career advancement. Engage in daily team interactions (e.g., floor walks) to offer real-time support, direction, and motivation. Supervise and refine candidate sourcing strategies across databases, job boards, and relevant professional communities. Serve as an internal subject matter expert in the use of company training resources and tools. Partner with the Delivery Manager to define and support clear career progression paths for team members. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes by upholding high standards, promoting best practices, and enhancing team productivity. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through active engagement, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Lead by example, using a coaching mindset to inspire and encourage a high-performance environment. Demonstrate exceptional communication and active listening skills to effectively support, influence, and engage with team members.
