You will be responsible for formulating the sales and marketing strategy for construction chemicals & paints. This includes creating sales forecasting reports and managing the sales pipeline. Your primary objective will be to expand our company's market share by monitoring and improving sales performance. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on sales performance, managing and coaching the sales team, assisting in developing monthly marketing and sales plans, and building a sales pipeline for new business opportunities. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience in technical sales and industry-specific knowledge will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
