Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, manage client interactions, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms. This is a 6 - month contract role , with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Call and pitch sales to potential clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and recycling sectors. Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads to drive conversions. Attend trade shows, industry events, and relevant conferences. Provide weekly progress reports on leads, sales, and marketing activities. Collaborate with the technical team to understand machine specifications and translate them into client-focused solutions. Requirements: Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage). Solid understanding of the full sales process – from prospecting to closing deals. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to create and manage engaging social media content. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required. Prior experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or B2B sales preferred. What We Offer: Salary : ₹25,000/month salary ( Contract – 6 Months ). Yearly bonus. Hybrid work environment.
