Location: Project Site (Overseas) Department: Material Management About the Role: We are looking for a responsible Storekeeper – Overseas to manage materials and inventory at our international project sites. The role involves stock control, issuance, and coordination with the head office to ensure material availability and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record materials delivered to the project site. Maintain systematic storage and stock register for all incoming and outgoing materials. Issue materials as per project requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct regular physical verification and inventory reconciliation. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for replenishment needs. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and protection of materials to prevent damage or loss. Generate daily/weekly stock reports and share updates with the project manager and head office. Qualifications: Diploma / ITI with minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or project site store management. Proficiency in Excel and ERP-based inventory systems.
