As an English TGT, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering effective English language lessons, preparing lesson plans as per the curriculum, evaluating student progress, and fostering an engaging learning environment. You will also guide students in developing their language, communication, and comprehension skills while encouraging creativity and critical thinking. Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong understanding of language concepts Excellent Communication skills with the ability to connect with students and convey ideas effectively Training skills to guide students and support their academic and personal development Capability in Translation and Customer Service to foster better interactions with students and parents Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Relevant teaching certification or qualification, such as B.Ed with a specialization in English or equivalent degree Prior experience in teaching English at the secondary level is an advantage
