Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wiper located in Cuddalore. The Wiper is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the engine room and other assigned areas. Daily tasks include assisting engineers with routine checks, repairs, and maintenance duties, as well as ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management of cleaning supplies and reporting any issues or irregularities to the superior officer. Qualifications Basic knowledge of engine room operations and machinery maintenance Experience in cleaning and maintaining technical spaces Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures Basic understanding of inventory management Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions Relevant certifications and training in maritime operations are a plus Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from superiors
