Job description:- (Male candidates only) 1.Product line Brands:- 3M (SAFETY,ABRASIVES,ADHESIVES) , KARAM SAFETY, BOSCH, STANLEY, NORTON ABRASIVES,BISON LIFE) 2.Visit Industrial Customers to promote Safety products & MRO Products (Abrasives, Hand Tools, Power Tools etc.,) to Medium & Large-scale Industries. Generate Sales Lead, conduct trial, Follow up Offer, Orders, Payments, etc. 3. The candidate should have a good customer base of end users. 4. Conduct routine field visit accordingly to the plan and generate new leads. 5. Preparing Quotations and follow-up with clients for getting orders. 6. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. 7.Consistently update CRM with all prospect and client interactions 8.Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. 9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved. Required Candidate profile:- 1.Candidate must have experience in selling any type of industrial Products. 2.Good communication skills and flair for selling, Travel extensively in two wheeler. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
